All information and communications, electronic and telephonic, transmitted by, received from, or stored in any system utilized by Retail Business Services, LLC (RBS) and/or the brands that it supports is the property of RBS and/or the brands and is intended for business use only.
All users are required to safeguard from unauthorized disclosure personally identifiable information and company confidential information, which includes but is not limited to financial information and information regarding associates, customers and vendors, in accordance with RBS and/or brand policies and the terms of any contracts in place between RBS, the brands and vendors.
RBS and the brands reserve the right to access, review, and disclose any communications when they have a legitimate business or security need to do so.
